I recently took a trip down to Washington D.C for Labor Day weekend which was a good change of pace. The city is clean, quiet and not as populated compared to New York but still has good amount of restaurants and museums, which by the way are mostly all free. One of the things that stood out the most to me was the subway stations. The architecture was simple amazing and train itself had a very futuristic look to it. I posted a couple more photos on my Flickr account.

CINEMAX EVENT

Here are a couple of photos from the Cinemax Month of 300 Event held at Grace Place by the HBO building. Two of the designs I created for this campaign were blown up and displayed as backdrops around the Cinemax customed Chrysler 300c car. This car will be given away at the end of March, for more information or to enter to win visit getmax.com.

CINEMAX MONTH OF 300 - UPDATED

I was commissioned to create a series of print ads for Cinemax for their Month of 300 premier. Three designs were created total, one day, one night and a remake of their logo. The ads are featured in the March/April issue of Rides Magazine , April issue of XXL Magazine and Entertainment Weekly, I’ll post more photos as they appear in the magazines. This design is a remake of a pervious design I collabarated on with another designer at Big Spaceship. The skull was going to be a new door sign but it was a little too much and too dark for BSS, so I mixed it up onto a new background and changed alot of other stuff.

Communication Arts has a feature on Big Spaceship in their January 2008 issue. The feature is about 4 pages and has many screen caps of various projects as well as a group photo I took. You can pick up this magazine at almost any major bookstores.
